It is also home to the Ayurveda Pura Academy, which offers world-renowned therapist training. Ayurveda Pura Spa is lead by Dr. Deepa Apte, a fully qualified medical doctor, surgeon and Ayurvedic teacher of international repute and many years clinical experience. Our highly qualified and trained staff is on hand to ensure that you are the centre of attention throughout your visit to the Spa, and deliver a truly bespoke and unique service matched to your body type (doṣa). All treatments use Holistic Essentials™ Ayurvedic cosmetic range, an all-natural and certified organic range designed by Dr. Apte applying the of modern research while remaining faithful to the principles of Ayurveda. Ayurveda Pura offers a wide range of authentic Ayurvedic treatments, including deeply rejuvenative therapies such as Abhyanga (Ayurvedic Whole Body Massage with warm herb-infused oil) and Shirodhara (Forehead oil Flow Treatment).
